We took a trip to Homer today. It was 50 degrees, raining and of course very gray. We asked a lady in the restaurant if they ever get sun. She said, "Weren't you here last week? We had it." We stopped for gas on the way back when we saw that it was ONLY 4.89. The potholes in the place made us laugh so hard. We think they don't seem to fix potholes here. That is why Alaska cars and trucks all look so beat up, I guess.
We are at the Diamond M RV Park in Soldotna for a week. Last night they had a fish fry with fresh fish. Yum~! We were introduced to razor clams.
