We took a 6 hour bus ride through the national park today and saw bears, caribou, Dall sheep, and moose. We were unable to see Mt. McKinley, because of the clouds, so I guess we will be missing that. Driving back down the Parks Highway, we saw many cars stopped by a creek, and stopped to take pictures of a moose. Right in front of us was a beaver in the water. We were able to watch the moose and the beaver for quite a while.
Cody had asked us why we were going to Alaska when we could just look at in on the internet. Today, I think was the answer to that when we saw all the spectacular wildlife.
